Who we are…
Naomi Woodland (they/them)
Founder, Community Resilience Specialist
Naomi is a strategic thinker, systems change catalyzer and community developer. They build connections in the community to generate change using a collective impact and multi-sectoral collaboration framework. Naomi develops meaningful and intentional relationships through authenticity and open conversation, with small, medium and large groups, building the foundations for sustainable long-term resilience across communities.
They currently reside on the traditional, unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan Peoples (also known as Kelowna, BC).
Annika is a community developer specializing in facilitating meaningful conversations for collective action that addresses complex social issues. Drawing on emergent strategy and community-building principles, Annika helps groups create trust, navigate conflict, and build adaptive structures for change. She is passionate about deep listening, presence, and practical tools that empower communities to engage in transformational dialogue.
She currently resides on the traditional, unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan Peoples (also known as Kelowna, BC), where she enjoys raising her two young, rambunctious daughters and cattle dog.
