Dynamic Energy Consultants is led by Annika Kirk and Naomi Woodland, two passionate community developers dedicated to building resilient, connected, and thriving communities. Together, they bring a wealth of experience in facilitating meaningful conversations, fostering collaboration, and co-creating strategies that address complex social challenges.

Annika and Naomi specialize in collective impact and multi-sectoral collaboration, working with provincial and local governments, nonprofit organizations, and for-profit companies to bridge the gap between community members and their clients. Their approach is grounded in emergent strategy and community-building principles, creating adaptive structures that promote sustainable change.

Both Annika and Naomi reside on the traditional, unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan Peoples (Kelowna, BC). Annika enjoys raising her two young, rambunctious daughters and cattle dog, while Naomi and their partner live with their ever-growing family of rescue animals.
